DME as Alternative Energy Source

Dimenthyl Ether (DME)  with the chemical formula CH3 O CH3 is the simplest ether compounds and can be be a source of clean alternative energy and <a href="http://madbie.blogspot.com/2012/11/saving-energy-movement.html">environmentally friendly</a>. This alternative energy source has advantages compared with other energy sources, which can be produced from several sources, such as biomass, waste and agricultural products, and it could be from fossil fuels, such as natural gas and new stone.<br />

According to an expert who is also Head of Renewable Energy PTPSE-BPPT, Erlan Rosyadi this alternative energy source have characteristics like LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), and for treatment for their storage is not much different from the handling og lPG is widely used as household fuel.<br />

Indonesia has the potential to produce DME nationally because the source country of biomass and coal resources in this country is very abundant. However, the use of DME in Indonesia is still limited to the use of propellant only. Utilization foe fuel household sector and the transport sector are being planned and should be implemented immidiately.<br />
<br />
Meanwhile, in some countries such as China and Brasil have been using DME as a mixture of LPG for fuel needs in the household sector. And some countries in Europe and Japan use DME fuel for vehicles.<br />
<br />
Increases use of LPG in the household sector and the production of LPG in the country are likely to remain, the use of DME in the household sector should be done. "It needs  government support in the form of regulations, trade regulation, and incentives, so that investors can be confident doing busuness DME immediately, "said Erlan.<br />

Related to the utilizationof alternative energy source as the DME in the household sector and transport, PTSE_BPPT has conducted several studies and trials with the ultimate goal of reducing dependence on imported LPG and increase<a href="http://madbie.blogspot.com/2012/11/energy-savings-targets.html"> national energy security</a>.<br />

Tapi bagaimana jika yang melakukannya adalah pegawai negeri sipil (PNS)..? Bukan korupsi dalam nominal jutaan atau milyaran tapi TRILYUNAN RUPIAH.. lebih parahnya korupsi ini dilakukan secara bersama-sama.<br />
Bagaimana modus atau cara mereka melakukan korupsi ini..?<br />

Bukan rahasia bahwa bangsa kita terkenal dengan budaya “jam karet”. Nah, di sini saya mau ajak para sahabat untuk mengupas budaya korupsi waktu yang ada di kehidupan para “Pegawai Negeri Sipil”, atau lebih gampangnya disingkat menjadi PNS. <br />
<br />
Saya bukan seorang PNS, tapi cukup akrab dengan kehidupan PNS. Dan saya tahu sendiri dengan pasti bagaimana budaya korupsi waktu di tengah-tengah para PNS sudah sedemikian parahnya.<br />
<br />
Separah apa sih? Yuk kita bedah secara matematis :)<br />
<ul>
<li>Kita asumsikan gaji rata-rata PNS di Indonesia sebesar Rp. 2.500.000. perbulan.</li>
<li>Dalam satu bulan, PNS bekerja selama = 20 hari (karena dipotong hari Sabtu dan Minggu).</li>
<li>Maka berarti seorang PNS dibayar = 2.500.000. / 20 = Rp. 125.000. perhari.</li>
<li>Jam kerja seorang PNS dalam sehari = 8 jam (antara pk. 08.00-16.00)</li>
</ul>
Maka setara dengan bayaran = 125.000. / 8 = Rp. 15.625. perjam.<br />

Oke sekarang kita dapat angka bayaran seorang PNS perjam adalah sebesar Rp. 15.625. Kita anggap saja seorang PNS terbiasa ‘ngaret’ sehingga mulai ngantor pk. 09.00. Jadi, asumsinya setiap hari seorang PNS korupsi waktu 1 jam. Maka dalam sehari, <a href="http://madbie.blogspot.com/2012/12/1-jam-telatpegawai-negeri-sipil-korupsi.html">seorang PNS melakukan <b>korupsi sebesar Rp. 15.625</b></a>. Ah, itu mah kecil! Buat beli album CD terbaru Kangen Band aja kagak cukup!<br />
Ya itu kan sehari, coba sekarang kita hitung berapa besar korupsi waktu seorang PNS dalam setahun!<br />

<li>Hari kerja (dipotong Sabtu-Minggu) normal dalam setahun = 5 (hari) x 4 (minggu) x 12 (bulan) = 240 hari.</li>
<li>Total hari kerja setelah dipotong cuti hari raya dan cuti keperluan lainnya = 220 hari (anggap saja segitu).</li>
<li>Asumsi, seorang PNS melakukan korupsi waktu 1 jam dari separuh hari bekerjanya dalam setahun = 1 jam selama 110 hari.</li>
</ul>
Berarti jika dirupiahkan, <a href="http://madbie.blogspot.com/2012/12/1-jam-telatpegawai-negeri-sipil-korupsi.html">total korupsi 1 jam seorang PNS</a> tersebut dalam setahun adalah = 110 x Rp. 15.625 = <b>Rp. 1.718.750</b>.<br />

Yahh .... Rp. 1,7 juta setahun mah dikit banget!! Masih banyakan biaya uang rokok buat setahun!! Eitts .... tunggu dulu, perhitungan di atas kan berlaku buat seorang PNS, dengan ASUMSI MINIMAL (korupsi 1 jam perhari selama 110 hari kerja dari total 220 hari kerja).<br />
Nah, sekarang menurut data dari Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) ada kurang lebih 4,7 juta PNS yang bekerja di negeri ini. Sekali lagi, coba kita buat asumsi minimal aja, cuma 1 juta aja PNS yang korupsi waktu dalam setahun (jumlah ini kurang dari 1/4 total PNS).<br />
Maka :<br />
<ul>
<li>Jika ada 1 juta PNS yang korupsi model itu berarti total kerugian negara adalah = 1.718.750. x 1.000.000. = 1.718.750.000.000. = <b>Rp. 1,7 Triliun</b>!!!</li>
</ul>
Luar biasa kan?! Ternyata korupsi yang ‘cuma’ 1 jam dari total 110 hari kerja bisa mengakibatkan negara mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp. 1,7 Triliun!!<br />
Padahal dengan uang sebesar itu :<br />
<ul>
<li>Berapa banyak warga miskin yang bisa disekolahkan gratis?</li>
<li>Berapa banyak warga miskin yang bisa ditolong ketika sakit?</li>
<li>Berapa banyak warga miskin yang bisa dibantu pemodalan untuk usaha?</li>
<li>Negara kita pun bisa ‘nyaur utang’ kepada para rentenir berdasi yang berlindung di balik label IMF dan Bank Dunia.</li>
<li>TNI pun bisa membeli 20 unit pesawat tempur Super Tucano dari Brazil, untuk memperkuat pertahanan negara kita (satu unit Super Tucano sekitar Rp. 81 Miliar).</li>
<li>Bahkan kalau mau kita bisa habisin itu duit buat nenggelamin Jakarta pake es dawet!!!</li>
</ul>
Trus ... ngapain negara kita harus buang-buang Rp. 1,7 Triliun buat para PNS yang hobby ‘cangkrukan’ kagak jelas kayak gitu?!!<br />

Sekali lagi, jumlah sebesar itu kita dapatkan dari ASUMSI MINIMAL. Itu belum termasuk pernik-pernik korupsi waktu seperti di bawah ini :<br />
<ul>
<li>- Ngegosip berita siapa pacar terbarunya Ayu Ting-Ting, atau ngomongin apa model terbaru cukuran jenggot bang haji Rhoma Irama, atau ngegosipin produk-produk terbaru klinik Tong Fang, dll.</li>
<li>- Update status Facebook dan berkomentar ria selama jam kerja.</li>
<li>- BBM-an ria sambil ngetag gambar-gambar dan broadcast pesan-pesan gak penting selama jam kerja.</li>
<li>- Mainan kartu, skak, atau billiard pada saat jam kerja.</li>
<li>- Shopping di Mal beramai-ramai pake seragam PNS selama jam kantor.</li>
<li>- Nonton TV selama jam kantor.</li>
<li>- Nyempet-nyempetin ngasi makan kambing tetangga selama jam kantor (buat apa coba?!!)</li>
